1. Our Commitment to Copyright Protection
StreamRich Media (“the Platform”), operated by Melvige Studio Ltd (trading as MVG Studio and StreamRich Media), a subsidiary of PWG International Ltd (Company No. 17194975, UK), respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users — including Streamers, Creators, Producers, and Affiliates — to do the same.
As a hybrid streaming and creator platform hosting films, ebooks, podcasts, blogs, and other user-submitted content, we have adopted this policy in accordance with the spirit and procedure of the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and equivalent copyright frameworks in the UK, Zambia, and other applicable jurisdictions, to provide a clear process for reporting and resolving claims of copyright infringement.
2. Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice
If you believe that content hosted on StreamRich Media infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to our designated agent containing the following information:
1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including a URL or sufficient description to allow us to locate it on the Platform
4. Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

3. Our Response to Valid Notices
Upon receipt of a valid infringement notice, we will:
1. Review the notice for completeness.
2. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
3. Notify the user (Streamer, Creator, or Producer) who uploaded the content
4. Document the notice and our response for our records
5. Counter-Notification
If your content was removed and you believe this was done in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:
1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material removed and its location on the Platform prior to removal
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the content unless the original complainant informs us that they have filed a legal action seeking a court order restraining the alleged infringer from engaging in infringing activity.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
StreamRich Media will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.
6. Content Ownership and Licensing on the Platform
Creators, Producers, and users who upload films, ebooks, podcasts, blog content, or other media to StreamRich Media represent and warrant that:
– They own the content or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to distribute it through the Platform
– The content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party
– They are solely responsible for any claims arising from the content they upload
StreamRich Media does not pre-screen all user-submitted content and relies on this notice-and-takedown process to address infringement claims.
7. False Claims
Submitting a knowingly false copyright infringement notice or counter-notice may result in legal liability. We reserve the right to take action against users who abuse this process, including suspension of their account.
